Bulletins
The Parish Bulletin is published and distributed at Mass weekly.  Notices and announcements must be submitted to Evelyn Pinkerman  by noon on Wednesday.  Please submit hard copies or e-mail versions.  For further information call Evelyn Pinkerman at 206-782-2810 ext 300 or epinkerman@stjohnsea.org  .
 
Reader Boards
Items for the reader boards in front of Quigley House  need to be submitted to the parish office before being posted.  The reader board on campus is for posting dates, times, and places of parish events & school events only.  If you would like something posted on the reader board, please check with  Evelyn Pinkerman at 206-782-2810 ext. 300 or epinkerman@stjohnsea.org, for the Parish side or with Michele Thornquist at 206-783-0337 ext 323 or mthornquist@stjohnsea.org, for the school side.  
 
Change of Address
Please notify the Parish Office of changes in address, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses so that parish records are kept current.  When moving or leaving the parish, please call Evelyn Pinkerman at 206-782-2810 ext 300 or epinkerman@stjohnsea.org .  
 
New Parishioner Registration
Please print out the Registration Form, (one form for each family member) and mail it to the Parish Office.  For further information call the Parish Office at 206-782-2810 or send an email to parishoffice@stjohnsea.org. 
 
Pastoral Emergencies
If you have a pastoral need between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday, please call the parish office at 206-782-2810. During  evenings or weekends, please call Fr Crispin's cell phone  at (206) 794-7487.  Please be sure to leave a message AND your phone number.  Every effort will be made to call you back as soon as possible.
